Returns & Claims Window
We stand firmly behind the superior quality of our fabrics. We offer a 7-day return policy window. If 7 days have passed since your parcel delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a structural return, refund, or exchange processing.
Eligibility Parameters
To qualify for a valid return, your fabric item must be entirely unused, unwashed, uncut, and in the exact condition you received it. It must also remain safely packed in its original product branding containers.
Non-Returnable Bespoke Items
Please note that custom-cut textile bundles tailored specifically to unique length settings or items custom manufactured to individual body measurements cannot be returned or refunded unless a structural manufacturer defect is verified.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our workshop, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically apply back to your original credit card or bank payment method.
